Place your $50 deposit, then choose the camp to attend at a later date.

Families sending more than one child are eligible for $50 off all additional full week camp registrations and $20 off Camp Start - all within the same family.

All fees are due one week prior to the date of camp.

$50 deposit is nonrefundable and nontransferable.

Cancellations will be accepted up to the first day of the camp you are registered to attend.  We will refund all your fee except the $50 deposit.

After the first day of camp there are no refunds.  A Health Form is required for each camper.

Confirmation
The camp will send each camper a letter confirming their date of camp, program and much of the information in this flyer.

Camps are filled on a first come first served basis.  We suggest you register early to assure your pick of dates.

Trail Rides are optional fir Kids campers and Junior High campers.

Rides can be purchased using the registration form or at the Trading Post during their week of camp.  Cost is $4.

Cabin leaders will help the camper schedule these rides into their daily schedule.

Notes:

• Again this year we are offering several options in the Railroad Cabins for Elementary and Junior High campers. The major difference between camp in Treetoppers or Fort and the Railroad Cabins is the lodging. There is no difference in the program.
• The first cutoff date is January 31st then March 31st. After June 8th there are no member church discounts. The idea is to encourage churches to get campers signed up prior to the season and to reduce the amount of work, for the church camp coordinator, during the busy summer months. So, get those registrations in before June 8th.
• Wednesdays are day camps starting June 11th continuing each camp week. No day camp July 2nd.
• Remember that Camp Start is a two night camp – they always start on a Sunday or Wednesday.
