Rental
Agreement for Timberlake
Timberlake does not charge an individual rate. All fees are calculated
at a group rate.
Timberlake will notify you of the minimum $ amount expected. In
return, Timberlake Ranch Camps Inc. will provide the facility and
services as listed in the application form.
The minimum charge may be adjusted until 30 days prior to your
event. If you change any part of the application after 30 days prior
to the date of your event, you are expected to pay the entire minimum
balance given.
If you cancel the application prior to 30 days before your event,
Timberlake will refund all but your deposit amount.
A deposit is required to reserve the requested facility and services.
The total balance is due two (2) weeks prior to your date of arrival.
Insurance:
Timberlake Ranch Camps Inc. does NOT provide health, accident, or
life insurance for applicant's campers. The applicant is solely
responsible to provide any and all such insurance coverages.
No changes may be made to this agreement excepting both parties
agree to do so in writing.
We suggest you contact Timberlake Ranch Camps 45 days prior to
your event to confirm all the arrangements of your event.
Rules and Regulations
It is our goal to provide a safe environment
for all persons. We ask you to comply with the following.
Thank you! Our desire is to serve you in the best way we can,
to ensure that your group has a safe, enjoyable and successful stay
at Timberlake Ranch Camps.
USE OF THE SITE
- Any person or group using the camp must agree to respect the
beliefs of Timberlake Ranch Camps as set forth in the Statement
of Faith, and to do nothing by word or act or allow any person
or speaker to do likewise, that will in any way detract from or
be contradictory to the same.
GENERAL
- No open fires, gas lanterns, candles, or exposed flames permitted
in any of the buildings.
- Smoking is prohibited in all buildings
- Alcoholic beverages are not permitted on site at Timberlake
- Do not bring firearms on site
- Flammable liquids must be kept locked
- Poisonous substances must be kept locked
- Power tools must be kept locked
WEATHER RELATED EMERGENCIES
- Usually you can receive weather on FM KZ100 radio. This
is the local radio station
- A long continuous sound of the camp siren means
you should take immediate action to protect yourself from tornado
or dangerous weather.
- Timberlake suggest the following shelters in case of dangerous
weather:
- Fort - lower cabins, inside walls
- Treetoppers - inside the bathrooms, inside walls
- Ranch Cabins - Front Street bathhouse, inside walls
- Lakeside Cabins, RV Park - Bathhouse, inside walls
- Coyote - inside walls
- You should account for your entire group and stay together
at all times.
FIRE RELATED EMERGENCIES
- Small fire extinguishers are in each lodging place, use them
to put out a small fire by discharging them at the base of the
fire. Do not put yourself in harms way.
- If the camp siren is going on and off rapidly
there is a fire emergency. Proceed carefully to avoid injury.
- Exit the site via the main entrance. If for any reason
this is not possible, then proceed west tot he Timbercove area.
From there you can exit the site to the south.
- Be sure to account for your entire group, stay together
at all times.
OTHER INFORMATION
- Quiet hours are from 11:00 PM until 6:30 AM
- Vehicles are permitted on site to load the unload luggage.
We suggest you plan to walk to activities. There are a number
of short cut trails that will permit you to get to the activity
areas quickly.
- We request no pets.
- Use precautions when walking in wooded areas. There are
ticks and poison ivy. We suggest you stay on the trails.
