Our mission is to see lives changed by the Gospel of Christ.

Serving on staff at Timberlake is one of the most rewarding things you'll ever do. While it may mean early mornings and late nights, long talks with campers, and an exercise in patience, if you offer up your summer as a sacrifice to the living God, He will not hesitate to reward you richly. He’ll give you more of what you need than you could ever ask or imagine.

Each summer, high school and college-aged students serve on staff at Timberlake. Staff members are selected based on their high motivation, love for God, willingness to have fun, and desire to serve others. College-age staff usually serve for the entire summer season and are paid a weekly stipend plus room and board. High school students entering grades 9 to 12 can volunteer for one or more weeks during the summer. Interested persons are encouraged to apply for one of our summer staff positions.

Summer Camp Staff

We are now accepting 2024 Summer Staff Applications.

Before you apply.

Pray.

We believe that serving at Timberlake is one of the most rewarding and exciting things you can do with your summer. God will use you to impact the lives of hundreds of young people, but in order for you to be effective, we believe you must first be connected to God's leading in your life. Take the time to sit in prayer with God as you consider joining the team.

Organize Your References.

Contact your previous employer and two spiritual references to ensure that you have their correct contact information.

Be prepared.

There will be a 20-30 minute interview during which we will get to know you a little better, dive deeper into what the summer will look like, and provide you with the opportunity to ask questions.

Read the Timberlake Doctrine Statement

While serving at Timberlake Ranch Camps, you will be expected to act in alignment with our doctrinal statement. Take some time to read over it to ensure you understand the full statement.
