At Timberlake Ranch Camps, we’re all about changing lives through the Gospel of Christ—and having a blast while doing it! Serving on staff is one of the most rewarding experiences you’ll ever have. Sure, there will be early mornings and late nights, but spending your summer serving others will deepen your faith and create lasting impact.
We’re looking for passionate, Christ-centered staff who love fun and are ready to pour into the lives of campers. College-age staff usually serve the full summer and receive a weekly stipend, plus room and board, all while leading activities, building relationships, and creating a safe, Christ-centered environment. Cabin Leader
Lead. Serve. Grow. Change lives for eternity!
Lead the action this summer! Run ropes courses, lifeguard water activities, and organize epic games. Make memories, build leadership skills, and have a summer you’ll never forget!
Activity Staff
Ropes. Water. Games. Lead with Faith
Spend your summer making an eternal impact as a Cabin Leader at Timberlake! Care for campers, lead devotions, and create a safe, fun, Christ-centered environment while growing in leadership and faith.
Wrangler
Ride. Teach. Inspire. Love kids, horses, and Jesus
Spend your summer as a Wrangler at Timberlake! Teach riding and horsemanship, care for our horses, and lead safe trail rides—all while guiding campers in faith and helping them grow alongside horses.
Support Staff
Behind the Scenes. Frontline Impact!
Timberlake hires Support Staff in roles like first aid, kitchen, media, crafts, and groundskeeping. Help camp run smoothly, keep campers safe and engaged, and make a lasting impact this summer.

Before You Apply
Pray - Take the time to sit in prayer with God as you consider joining the team.
Read - Carefully read the Timberlake Doctrine Statement
Organize Your References - Contact your previous employer or teacher, along with two spiritual references, to confirm you have their correct contact information.
Be Prepared - We’ll interview you for 20–30 minutes to get to know you, share what summer looks like, and answer any questions you have.
Check Your Summer Schedule – Note any weeks you might not be available between May 20 and August 1
